How do I make a payment?
Reach out to the team at CK and have your invoice number, payment amount, billing information, and credit card details ready for payment. CK Mechanical’s staff will ask for an email address, invoice number, payment amount, name, address, and credit card information.
My payment was not received. What should I do?
If you submitted a payment but it has not been received or reflected on your account, please contact CK Mechanical directly so the team can review your invoice and payment status. To help resolve the issue faster, have your invoice number, payment amount, payment date, and any confirmation details available.

CK Mechanical offers HVAC financing through Financeit, which allows eligible customers to spread the cost of a new system into manageable monthly payments. CK Mechanical also offers rental and rent-to-own options through Vista Services for customers who prefer predictable monthly payments and no upfront cost.
The exact payment term, monthly amount, interest rate, and conditions will depend on the approved plan, equipment selected, and financing or rental provider.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation details may depend on the type of service, product, financing agreement, rental agreement, or scheduled installation involved. If you need to cancel a service appointment, equipment purchase, financing application, or rental arrangement, contact CK Mechanical as soon as possible so the team can review the status of your account and explain any applicable next steps.
For financed or rental equipment, cancellation terms may also be governed by the financing or rental provider’s agreement, so customers should review their contract carefully.
